Relationship Coaching

What You Can Expect from Relationship Coaching Services?

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience, it was an easy and welcomed transition for me to offer professional Relationship Coaching services. I’m a very active and interactive therapist and coaching is the same, so it is a good fit for healing. I love working with highly motivated people who have a vision for the life and relationships they want.

Here’s how we will work together in Relationship Coaching sessions:

  • Identify and discuss the specific goals you have for making your life and your relationship(s) the best they can be.
  • Discuss your strengths that we will build on to create a foundation for success
  • Clearly identify the problem areas and obstacles you’ve faced in trying to achieve your goals
  • Develop practical, logical and realistic strategies for overcoming your problems and obstacles
  • Look at what has worked in your life and consider how to build on the successful strategies you have already been using
  • Learn new skills in problem solving, overcoming fear and doubt, making the wisest and effective choices moving forward
  • Evaluate your progress and update your goals
  • Develop a motivation plan to keep your progress moving into the future
